Project management and construction of numerous high-profile projects such as the US Embassy Mega Compound project in Abuja, complete warehouse facilities, and the development of the Highbrow Jabi Lake, amongst numerous other projects.

Retail Construction Division

Occel Engineering operates a dedicated Retail Construction Unit which acts as a highly specialised task force focused on handling nationwide new built refurbishment and fit-out projects for major retail clients. The Retail Construction Unit has successfully handled rollout projects for clients including KFC, Zain/Airtel, Samsung, and Glaxo Smith Kline GSK cold room facility Lagos, among other international and domestic commercial/food & beverage retail brands.

Steel Fabrication and Erection

Warehouse construction and related steel works. Some clients include the U.S. Government, Schlumberger, Mouka Foam, and Aramex.
